OBJECTIVE

To offer students the opportunity to learn a range of technology skills, including game design, coding, and other tech disciplines, while improving their gaming techniques and understanding of the gaming industry.

KEY COMPONENTS

Team Formation & Training

Thryve will establish competitive Esports teams for schools, with a focus on popular games that can be played at high school and collegiate levels. The team will be registered with their state's official athletic association

Skill Development

Students will receive training on essential gaming techniques, strategies, and teamwork.

Discipline & Academic Success

In order to participate in competitions, students must maintain appropriate attendance and academic standards, promoting academic engagement and success.

Coaching & Mentorship

Thryve will provide a qualified Esports Coach for each school, who will guide students, foster team cohesion, and ensure safe and respectful gameplay.

Community Engagement

Events such as tournaments, workshops, and streams will engage the community and showcase student talent.

Thryve Esports programs will look to receive the same community support as other varsity sports in the school. Thryve Labz will create ways for schools to harness that support which allows the athletes to see the value of their competition.
