# Impact Goals

**With any cause there has to be a way to measure impact and success. The following are the metrics that Thryve Labz will use to measure the success of it's programs:**

<details>

<summary>Academic Engagement</summary>

By requiring students to meet attendance and academic standards in order to participate, Thryve will encourage better school attendance, academic performance, and overall student engagement.&#x20;

</details>

<details>

<summary>Career Readiness</summary>

Through training in gaming, technology, and military-tech skills, students will gain valuable knowledge that prepares them for the workforce, college, and potential military service in technology-related fields.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Community Building</strong></summary>

Esports teams will create a sense of community within the school, fostering relationships among students and staff while bringing together local communities during tournaments and events.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Long-Term Sustainability</strong></summary>

With a focus on infrastructure, staff training, and equipment maintenance, Thryve will ensure that Esports programs are self-sustaining and continue to impact students for years to come.
