Academic Engagement

By requiring students to meet attendance and academic standards in order to participate, Thryve will encourage better school attendance, academic performance, and overall student engagement.

Career Readiness

Through training in gaming, technology, and military-tech skills, students will gain valuable knowledge that prepares them for the workforce, college, and potential military service in technology-related fields.

Community Building

Esports teams will create a sense of community within the school, fostering relationships among students and staff while bringing together local communities during tournaments and events.

Long-Term Sustainability
